This announcement is for OPE and CASE non-supervisors. You are invited to participate in the BCPS Standards of Excellence Series, a professional learning opportunity designed to strengthen our shared commitment to the BCPS Standards of Excellence—relationship building, communication, customer service, innovative problem solving, and mutual accountability.
Participants will have the opportunity to attend one session along with a networking component each quarter, with each session focusing on a different standard. The sessions will be held on the following dates: November 6, January 7, March 4, and May 13 from 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. Each session will feature practical strategies, engaging discussions, and real-world examples to support employees in modeling excellence in their daily work. Because the series repeats each quarter, participants are encouraged to select a different standard each time to expand their professional growth, leadership capacity, and deepen their understanding of all five Standards of Excellence.
All sessions will be conducted in person at the Employee Development Center (EDC). Interested participants must register for the series by searching for the Standards of Excellence Series in Kick Up. The link for Kick Up is on myapps.
