With the upcoming implementation of Oracle cloud, our new Human Resources and Fiscal Services ERP system, we want to make sure employees are fully aware of upcoming changes to important functionality such as Employee Self Service.
You may download and save any previous paystubs or related documents from Employee Self Service no later than June 13, 2025.

Additionally, please note the following important payroll updates for BCPSOPE salaried employees:
- We will be transitioning to pay in arrears. The final paycheck under the current system (covering pay-to-date) will be issued on June 20, 2025.
- The first paycheck under the new Oracle ERP system will be issued on July 11, 2025, covering five days of pay.
