We are pleased to announce that Lyle Patzkowsky, former BCPS Assistant Superintendent, has joined our team as Chief Negotiator for BCPS OPE. Lyle is helping us to prepare for this year’s negotiation cycle. We look forward to working with Lyle and the rest of the BCPS OPE negotiation team members!
BCPSOPE members unanimously approved the Tentative Agreements which went into effect July 1, 2017. The Master Agreement document is posted on our website. Also effective July 1 is a 2% cost of living increase! Cheers!

Great news! The new BCPSOPE dues rate is $12.50 per pay or $250 for the year. This is the second reduction in dues since the inception of BCPSOPE in 2013. Thanks to everyone, new members and existing members, for growing our organization.
