The Board of Education recognized that the extraordinary personnel shortages currently being experienced by the school system required many employees to work excessive overtime hours. As a result, the comp hours earned were significant. To ensure that employees were able to either use their earned comp time or be compensated for unused comp time, a Memorandum of Understanding was created. This MOU will be in effect starting Monday, October 30, 2023, and shall terminate on Friday, June 28, 2024, or upon executing a subsequent MOU. Please reference the MOU for more details.
