In November, a survey was sent to BCPSOPE employees and those who supervise BCPSOPE members. BCPSOPE is working in collaboration with the Division of Human Resources and Staff Relations to gather information about our remote work experience this year. The survey results will be used to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of remote work, determine ways to improve remote work, and validate the processes and language in the BCPSOPE Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) related to remote work. The results have been analyzed and will be shared with you, Human Resources, BCPS Leadership and Superintendent’s Cabinet in the near future.
